Scott swung his right arm at Ducks forward Tim Jackman, catching him flush in the face with his glove and the butt end of his stick at the 8:18 mark of the second period. As a repeat offender, Scotts $34,146.36 fine was based on his average annual salary, which automatically goes to the Players Emergency Assistance Fund.
