MEXICO CITY, Mexico -- Mercedes boss Toto Wolff says he would support his former colleague Ross Brawn returning to Formula One in a rule-making position.In a recent interview with the Daily Telegraph, Brawn said he would consider coming back to the sport at the top level if he was given a three- to five-year window for change.
