Adopting transparency in advertising will involve giving adequate information on the ingredients that are used to make any food. Similarly, it will involve indicating the nutritional and dietary value of each product. Consumers have the right to know the content of the foods they are purchasing. It is better if a customer purchases a product knowing its actual nutritional value and components rather than purchasing a product without its full information. The provision of adequate information gives the customer an upper hand when it comes to making purchasing decisions. It is unethical to falsify or withhold information as it amounts to lies (Ferrell, & Fraedrich Dwayne Allen Jersey , 2009).
