In the days since the Chicago Cubs won the World Series last week, plenty of Chicago tattoo parlors have been busy inking Cubs-inspired commemorations on fans. But nothing has been more intricate than the famous Cubs marquee that now sits on the head of one of the fans.Last Friday, less than two days after the Cubs won their World Series title, Ricky Rainey showed up at Chicago State Tattoo and wanted something to cover his bald head.The owner, Ozzy Munoz, suggested tattooing hair follicles to permanently make it look like he had stubble. But Rainey, a lifelong Cubs fan, with 18 other tattoos on his body, had been dreaming of a spot to feature the marquee.Munoz had never done a tattoo on a head before, so he gave Rainey, 32, the talk he has given others when theyve asked to put big tattoos in visible places.I wanted to make sure he understood it was a big commitment, Munoz said.
