PITTSBURGH -- The scheduled starters for Saturdays Cincinnati-Pittsburgh game at PNC Park have had an eventful week, for different reasons.Reds right-hander Homer Bailey returned Sunday after 15 months between major league starts because of Tommy John surgery.
