According to the arrest affidavit, obtained by the Wichita Eagle, Randle repeatedly told the deputy: I will kill you, I swear on my life and everything that I have. I will kill you when I get out.The 24-year-old Randle, a native of Wichita, has had a string of run-ins with the law, beginning with a 2014 shoplifting arrest.
