BALTIMORE -- Texas Rangers manager Jeff Banister couldnt wait to write up a lineup card that featured newcomers Carlos Beltran and Jonathan Lucroy.I think I filled it out yesterday when I got the news, Banister gushed Tuesday before the Rangers faced the Baltimore Orioles. It was fun. A lot of anticipation of what it was going to look like -- and a lot of anticipation of what it was going to look like out on the field.Beltran was obtained from the Yankees and Lucroy came from Milwaukee in deals shortly before the non-waiver trade deadline.
