The subreddit's mods dictate what memes are permitted according

I am surprised. They seem like helpless Effort memes. I am all for removing low attempt memes however (only a picture barely associated with the game with a caption, or a response meme with a name pertaining to the game should not be allowed). Those 2 memes are examples of what type of memes should be permitted, but I suspect it's an all or nothing scenario to prevent low attempt memes flooding the sub. OP is totally right about loving runescape 2007. It's much less revealing off your maxes and much more just people having fun. I still drop an"It is time" because sub due to their BIS capes shit. Fucking hilarious time in that sub.

The players that get posted just make me happy, although people from the remarks can be assholes. Do not know about or do not care about max efficiency. They're just hanging out when I played back in the old times and it reminds me. They're having more fun than any of the rest of us. This line of reasoning makes absolutely no sense to me. I was absolutely a clueless player after; everyone was at one point in time. I spent a good year or so in black magician robes and a Grim Reaper hood because I thought they looked cool. . . using a Rune Mace since it was only about all I could afford. I believe I had been having more fun than I had been currently and don't look back on those times . Understanding the game, the way to do and things are meta opened up chances that I couldn't have even really understood before.

They can take pleasure in the sport and should not be judged on their preference. I think there's a balance to be struck, I have played RS through three phases: cute noob; 8 hours every day, being efficient, grinding 120s, etc; and casual player logging on doing whatever for a little and logging out (current stage). I can safely state that the one has been the very unhappy, even when I thought it was fun at the moment. And there are rose coloured glasses but that discovery interval is magic.

Yeah like I surely don't look back fondly about keeping my whole bank with me when I logged on a pk world with no idea how to pk, or believing rune pickaxe was bis as a result of the crush bonus I got onto scorpions bc I did was mine all day, or running into the secure appearing cave while being chased by ice warriors, simply to become atomized by wyverns. . . . But I really do miss some of the ease out of being younger and with no thought guides existed. Everybody only living in the moment, not a phone in sight. Yikes. Does not mean that they don't like fun, just because somebody prefers quality articles over effort meme spam.

Although rather than tickling the Mods humorous bone to get a green light, I believe that it comes down to the:"If you let the low attempt meme of"x" user why you didn't let mine". Then, if mods allow any kind of meme, for a community this large, in little time the sub will be flooded with low effort memes and just witty captions. Sure, the community can pick whichever articles reach the frontpage by votes, but when there's some type of enforcement for High Definition memes, I think we can level up to runescape 2007 meme standards.
